2/3 cup popcorn kernels
½ tbsp butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Suggested Pairing: delicious beverage of choice!
Heat the butter with the ghee in a large, deep pot. Add the kernels and allow to pop, with the lid on shaking the pot occasionally.
Remove from the heat and add the spices seasoning with salt and pepper (black pepper optional but I find that it gives an extra boost to the cayenne).
Mix well and it’s ready for movie night!
