Ingredients

FOR POTATOES
3 to 4 large potatoes
1 tspn Turmeric
1 tspn Cumin
¼ tspn Cinnamon
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp Aleppo pepper
¼ cup Vegetable oil
Pinch of Salt to taste
FOR THE TATZIKI
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 clove garlic
½ cup shredded cucumber
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)

How to Do

Fall has arrived and we are in love with these Moroccan inspired roasted potatoes. We paired them with our cool and creamy tatziki to create an irresistible pairing!

Utensils: mixing bowl, deep pan

Suggested Pairing: tatziki sauce or spicy harissa

 

Directions:

 

STEP 1:

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

 

STEP 2:  

Peel and chop the potatoes vertically. Drizzle with the oil and spices. Mix well.

 

STEP 3: 

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.

 

STEP 4:

Serve with a side of tzatziki dip. Shred the cucumber and squeeze to release extra liquids. Mince the garlic. Mix with the yogurt, add oil and season with salt and pepper.

 

STEP 5:

Cook for 2-3 more minutes stirring constantly and serve warm!
