Balela Salad

We love this Middle Eastern chickpea and bean based salad with fresh herbs and a drizzle of tart-sumac vinaigrette! It's a nutrient packed, power salad that is perfect for your weekly meal prep. Serve it up as a pita stuffer or as a side.

Rinse the chickpeas and beans.

Chop all the herbs and vegetables and mix in a salad bowl. Top with crumbled feta cheese. (Skip the cheese if vegan).

Whisk all the ingredients together for the sumac vinaigrette, add to the salad and mix well.

It's ready to serve!
