Heat the butter with the ghee in a large, deep pot. Add in the popcorn kernels and allow to pop, with the lid on. Shake the pot occasionally.
Remove the pot from the heat and transfer the popped popcorn into a large shareable bowl. Add in the spices and season with salt and black pepper.
Tip: black pepper is optional but it gives an extra boost to the cayenne.
Mix and shake well. It’s ready for your movie night!
