In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Divide the meat into approximately 24 (1 oz.) balls (you can use a cookie scoop).
Thread approximately 6 balls onto each of 4 metal or wooden skewers.
Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 15 minutes before placing the meat on them. This will help prevent them from catching fire on the grill.
Brush your grill lightly with cooking oil and grill the kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
