One Pan Chicken Shawarma with Roasted Vegetables

Juicy, tender chicken breasts seasoned in a variety of bold spices, topped with tahini and garlic paste and served with a side of roasted vegetables. A quick and easy one pan meal! We love pairing it with some warm pita and hummus.

Preheat oven to 450°F.


In a large bowl, combine olive oil with spices, garlic paste, and tahini paste.


Use 1-2 tablespoons of marinade to cover the chicken breasts. Place the breasts on the center of a roasting pan.


Toss the vegetables in the rest of the marinade and spread across the sheet pan.


Roast for 25-30 minutes, just until a golden brown color develops.
