Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil with spices, garlic paste, and tahini paste.
Use 1-2 tablespoons of marinade to cover the chicken breasts. Place the breasts on the center of a roasting pan.
Toss the vegetables in the rest of the marinade and spread across the sheet pan.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, just until a golden brown color develops.
