Grate the cucumber over a sieve. Squeeze well to drain the excess water.

Whisk the yogurt with the cucumber, the olive oil and the garlic. Season with salt. It's that simple!

  • It’s important to strain the excess liquid from the cucumber otherwise the consistency of the tzatziki will be runny instead of smooth and creamy.
  • Lastly, refrigerate for an hour before enjoying, giving you a firmer but smooth texture along with a bolder flavor!
