1 Tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
½/1 Tsp Lime
1 ½Tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Chili Powder
Water to thin (if needed)

How to Do

Creamy Thai peanut sauce that can pair with basically anything! Dunk Thai chicken satay's or fresh veggies in this flavorful dip made of peanuts butter, coconut milk, chili powder, ginger and so much more!

Utensils: Large mixing bowl




Step 1:


Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.


Tip: If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of water, coconut milk or lime juice and stir until it reaches the desired consistency.
