Returns & Refund Policy
At Nomads Marketplace, we strive to provide exceptional customer experience. If you received damaged item, wrong item or have any other issue with the order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will respond to you promptly.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health & personal care items.
For a full refund or exchange, you must have your order details. Must mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. An email notification will be sent to inform you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow sufficient processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund after a reasonable time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
