Let’s get started by making that warm, spiced Indian masala chai! Use 1 teaspoon of the chai masala powder for one cup of liquid, and simply mix in the masala while your loose black tea simmers. But, vary the spiced masala powder per your taste! If you like it bolder, add more. It's also great added into cake or cookie batter, or even melted into butter to use on dishes like french toast.
